Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the stubkit subscription validation service (the “Service”), operated by Cryptosam LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its registered office at 7901 4th N, STE 300, St. Petersburg, Florida 33702, United States (“Cryptosam”, “we”, or “us”). By creating an account, configuring a tenant, or sending an API request, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
stubkit is a business-to-business software service that validates mobile and web subscription receipts, maintains canonical entitlement state per end user, and exposes a read API for your application. We never hold or transfer customer funds — Apple, Google, and Stripe remain the merchants of record for every transaction.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and any other access tokens you generate. You agree to notify us immediately at security@stubkit.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Your content and data
You retain all rights in the data you submit to the Service, including end-user identifiers, subscription records, and webhook payloads. We act as a data processor on your behalf — see our Data Processing Agreement for the full framework.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to process transactions on behalf of parties you do not legally represent, to circumvent platform policies set by Apple, Google, or Stripe, to transmit unlawful or fraudulent content, or in a manner that interferes with the operation of the Service or the experience of other customers.
5. Fees
Pricing is defined in a separate order form or subscription agreement between you and Cryptosam. Fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable except where required by law, and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
6. Service availability
We target 99.99% monthly availability for the Service's read API and 99.9% for write paths. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance whenever practical. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cryptosam's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Cryptosam during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Cryptosam be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a subscription with thirty (30) days written notice. We may suspend or terminate the Service immediately if you materially breach these Terms or fail to pay undisputed fees. On termination, we will return or delete your data within thirty (30) days in accordance with the DPA.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to the account administrator at least thirty (30) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
